Is it possible to coect to the Subsystem for Linux in Windows 10 using SSH

Now that Windows 10 has the Windows Subsystem for Linux is it possible to coect to it remotely via SSH? With the Bash shell up and ruing I tried coecting Putty (ruing on the same Machine) to localhost but the coection was refused. Has anyone gotten this to work?
