Auto populate file name in description when uploading images to Facebook?

I work for a Granite Company so every time a new slab comes in I have to take a picture of it, give it the proper name and then upload it to Facebook and our website. On the website I select all the files for that album, upload, and all the file names automatically populate the description field. Not so for Facebook though, is there a program or something i can use to do that on Facebook?
