MY PEN DRIVE IS NOT SHOWING UP IN MY COMPUTER BUT IN OTHER IT DOES?

Hi one week back I inserted my pen drive in my computer and windows defender started scaing it as it is full of virus and in hurry I canceled and now it is not showing up anywhere in my computer not even in device manager,disk management,etc to change the drive letter but in other computer it is working casually with out any problem could you give some solution for me to solve this problem
