Is coLaboratory notebook still working?

I just downloaded the coLaboratory notebook Chrome app, as I'm looking for an easy and private way to allow non-technical people to see and play with a Jupyter notebook. However, when I try to launch the app and run a file from my Google drive it hangs on 'loading' forever and nothing ever happens. Why might this be happening? Is the coLaboratory notebook not working anymore? I understand it's no longer supported, but it would be nice to confirm whether it's still working for other folks. Thank you.
