OS in a network computers

Hy everbody !

I have a networked computers that i have implemented the windows operating system at both the server and at stations. I would like to pass on to future operating system Linux, both on workstations and servers.I would like to advise me what version of Linux I use, which is more stable and they are very little virus/trojan. I want to use a domain controller and stations only on linux operating system. Thank you in advance
