Acer Aspire E5-551 disk usage shoots to 100% and computer freezes

So I have an Acer Aspire E5-551 laptop that keep on freezing, i opened the task manager and noticed that the disk usage would shoot up to 100% moments before it froze. These aren't long freezes and usually only last 5-10 seconds.

So I tried making a new and fresh installation of Windows 10 in an attempt to fix this issue, but it has not helped. I mean it is even ruing an SSD so I'm not sure what the problem could be.
