excel query regarding copying and deleting

I am using an excel spreadsheet and need to auto copy a line to another page if balance matches on first page. Can this be done so once moved to the second page this is auto deleted from the first ie; invoice amount column, credit rec, therefore not outstanding needs to move to new page and delete from 1st page.
