Tracking work hours between two excel sheets

I have a workbook with two sheets in it, a daily and a weekly sheet that need to track hours.

In the Daily sheet Cell "R8" has the current date. While the time I need to copy to the next sheet is in cell "T4". The Weekly sheet has the dates in "Column A" and I need to Paste to cell F3.

I've never written a macro for something like this and honestly have no idea where to start.

I appreciate any help I can get.
