Cross-reference to footnote with superscript on hover and scrolldown on double click

I want to reference same footnote from different places on same page. I know how to add cross-references to them but those dont work like original footnote - I can't double click on them, only ctrl click to move to original footnote number (not the bottom of the page) and there's no superscript on mouse hover.

How to make cross-references them work like original footnote?

I am aware of this question, however posted steps give the behaviour i've explained ealier.
