Windows 10 HP Pavilion Audio Output Headphone Jack Not Working

My headphone jack randomly stopped working today and I cannot plug in any of my or my friend's earphones or headphones and have the computer recognise it.

Yesterday, I was using a set of earphones I found on my desk to listen to music. When I put it in my iPhone (which still works with the earphones), it occasionally glitched when I would pause a YouTube video by replaying the last second I watched 5 times before finally cutting the output.

Today moing, my earphones were showing up in Device Manager as "Unknown Device" to which I tried updating the drivers. Now, when I tried uninstalling and replugging, nothing new shows up at all.

Is it that the port has fried out? Or are there some drivers to reinstall?
