Preventing a user from changing proxy settings on Win10 & Win8

I have already configured Windows to not allow a user to access the Connection Settings through the registry using the NoBrowserOptions & ConnectionsTab values under the (HKEY_CURRENT_USERSOFTWAREPoliciesMicrosoftInteet Explorer) Control Panel & Restrictions keys.

The point is that this is not preventing the user to access the proxy settings through Edge by going to Settings-> Advanced Settings -> Open proxy settings or by going to Windows Settings -> Network & Inteet -> Proxy.

I didn't find anything related on the GPO either.

Is there a way to disable the access to the Proxy section on the Windows System Settings? I'm trying to achieve something registry-configurable or similar.
