How can I open Chrome process such that if it crashes it will not affect other chrome processes?

I want to open a chrome tab that I plan to use to debug an issue that causes a crash. This means that the tab will crash a lot. The problem is that it causes all chrome processes to crash.

How can I open a chrome tab that is completely independent and will not cause anything else to break if it fails?
