get process name from it's own description autoit?

how can i get the process name from computer memory by using loop depends on the process description

example ()

if my prgram name "dev.exe" in memory and it's own description "a tool for helping php devloper"

is there any way to know what's my process name by using process description even if the user change the name ?? can we do this an autoit ? or cmd or wmic ?
