VMWare does not coect to remote server

I currently have a Windows 7 Professional OS ruing on my laptop. I have the Vshpere Client 6.0 ruing on it. I installed the server OS through the Vsphere Client.

While in the office, I can coect to my server. When I step out of the office, I am unable to coect to the server.

The server is ruing SLES12 SP1.

How can I resolve this?
