VMWare does not connect to remote server

I currently have a Windows 7 Professional OS running on my laptop. I have the Vshpere Client 6.0 running on it. I installed the server OS through the Vsphere Client.

While in the office, I can connect to my server. When I step out of the office, I am unable to connect to the server.

The server is running SLES12 SP1.

How can I resolve this?
