can"t log in my windows 8.1 tab

I can"t open my tablet with windows 8.1. it shows only incorrect password and useame. I did already registered my local account which is @Hotmail but still the same I have already Microsoft account but problem is need a WiFi that has a high speed. please help me..thnx
