Transfer user profile from Windows 10 to Windows 7

I'm trying to consolidate some computers, I've got one for myself (win7) and my wife (win10) and would like to copy profiles from the windows 10 box to the windows 7.

There are other questions (e.g. [1] [2]) that address moving from windows 7 to 10, but none that move the other way.

We both have user profiles on the other's computer, but they're small and can be deleted if that's easier.

How do I transfer the user profile from 10 to 7?
