Evil twin method Fake AP is not alloting ip address

I am using tp link wn722n usb adapter for monitor mode and inteet connection on laptop is by usb tethering mode.

configured dhcp, mysql, apache2 and working

But problem is fake ap is not able to allot ip address its keep showing connecting...

Any idea where did i go wrong?
