Shared folders either takes a while to open, fails or opens right a way

Sorry for the confusing topic, but I didn't quite know how to describe my situation in a small sentence. My issue happens every day since I switched my main HTPC to windows 10.

My issue is, on my other computers I go to the explorer and click on my HTPC at the network drop down, after that I get 3 different results at various times. 1. The green bar at the top keeps growing until it fails, but right after it fails the folder I tried to reach works fine. 2. It gives me a Network error message right away (code 0x80070035, the network path was not found) 3. it works.

its very random and I don't know what to do. My HTPC is coected to a switch that its coected to my AT&T modem, I have manually set the IP. But all this was working just fine on my windows 8.1.

Any ideas?
