4TB drive on Windows 7 , Copying files to drives gives corrupted files in the destination

I have a 4TB Seagate drive, I've partitioned it to GPT as 4 drives. Copying content to the drive gives corrupted files in the destination. It doesn't show any error. The issue is the same for Linux as well(checked it in Ubuntu 12.04LTS and some Fedora versions only) The copying works for Windows 8 and above without any errors. Any suggestions or solutions/patches?
