Why not do the virus scan offline?

Using Malwarebytes or Avast to scan the file BEFORE ruing it will yield the same result. Malware bytes is probably the best FROM MY POI, but you can use any suitable AV software

Im not sure you can split a file fully online, and I dont think there is currently a service that will do so.

It can achieve virus scaing, but if you say, cut this malicious code;
