runtime error 52 bad file name or number when trying to open text file

fPath = "\teamsShared Documents"
Filename = "TEST.txt"
InputFile = fPath & Filename
FileNum = FreeFile
Open InputFile For Binary As #FileNum '---- here user gets error 52

User gets "runtime error 52 bad file name or number". Tried to open the text file in excel and it opens up fine. So, i think there is no issue in the path or file. Can you please help me fix this problem.
