Windows 10 Default Apps : Icons changed after installing update

I recently installed KB3156421 on my windows 10 laptop. Because of Microsoft's notorious habit of changing defaults after installing updates, I checked for my new defaults in settings. This time Microsoft did not change defaults apps but something strange happened.

Google Chrome is still my default browser but win10 is showing Inteet Explorer Icon for Google Chrome. Previously this was not the case.

I know this is not a serious issue but I am still wondering if I can get the chrome icon back.
