Mac OS X 10.11 Terminal Computer Name Automatically Change

Hi I'm curious about something I saw today. In Terminal we get our computer name on the left side when we run it. However something weird happened and that name change without manually change it and retus back to normal.

Can an IP conflict do that? Any other suggestion about this..
