How to run TIB file created in Acrois True Image to VM Ware

I have created a full backup of XP Using Acronis True Image File type .tib, I converted the .tib file to vmdk to run on Virtual machine. I intall VM Ware on window 7 but when i run or open the vm ware no problem but when i run the xp on virtual achine it goes to blue screen. what and should i do to run it. Thanks in advance.
