woocommerce subscriptions recurring is not working after site migration

I recently migrated many WP sites to a WPMU network. The sites all have active users that have subscriptions (using the Woocommerce Subscriptions plugin) that auto recur. After migrating the original users, that were migrated, now no longer auto recur and go "on hold" whenever it's attempted even when their payment method is correct. New users are recurring correctly. The WooCommerce version installed on the new WPMU is a newer version than the WooCommerce that was installed on the original servers.

Can anyone have the same experience and know the way to solve it. Even I submit a ticket to Woothemes support. Still didn't got any proper solution.

Please, advice me. I will apreciate any kind of help.
