how to create text file using unique number from another text file

Suppose i have text raw file which contain unique sequential number in each line with other data like name,ac number,amt etc. Using that text file i wants to create another text file but using/feeding sequential number in first field and it would result the name,amt and current date etc. At the end of field there should be option of yes or no that i can final my entry. so please suggest the macro that i can use in excel.
