fix hopefully not dead read ony usb

Recently, I got a replacement hard drive, and with it came a 10GB boot USB:


(on the side it says PA5080L-MHAN)

I thaught AWESOME! 16 GB! but as I suspected, it was read only.

bummer.

So I went through all the things like forming, diskpart, and a couple of 3rd party accessory's.
I think one of them did something bad to it. When I plug it in, it dose that thing that disk drives do:
In the property's of the USB, then in the 'generic STORAGE DEVICE USB device' property's, it says that it has no space or anything.

Dose anyone know any tool I could use, or have I completely bricked it?
