Save the position of the thumb of SeekBar Android?

I had declare the position of the thumb of SeekBar in middle at first, then when i moved the thumb to the position i wanted and got out of the fragment was contenting that SeekBar, but when i came back to that fragment, the thumb had move to middle position.

So are there any way for me to save the position of the thumb that i had move to the position i want?
