Full text, dynamic, RSS feed generator

I am looking for a solution to produce and update regularly full-text RSS feed. The goal is to provide full text feeds from a variety of websites to my canto rss reader.

There are several services one can find online, but they are either limited in the number of items or static (or they don't work) at least in the free version. I have tried the ones listed here.

Is there a service or way to get what I am looking for without having to buy a premium options?

I am happy with writing my own set of scripts to run regular updates (cron jobs and bash/python scripts), as long as I don't have to write the RSS extractor (which I wouldn't know how to do).

Ideally, I would like to have what they provide in the 60 euro bundle at fivefilters.org (and I might end up getting just that, if this is too complicated/impossible).
