windows 8 keyboard input method not working

I am using windows 8 and suddenly the primary language of my keyboard(Turkish) disappeared from the language bar.

The language preferences window still shows it but instead English keyboard is in the language bar. Img = The language is missing in the language bar

In the options of the language the input method's name is disappeared.

Img = missing input method name and preview button disabled

Img = Note the multiple keyboards with the same name and they are all broken in the same way

When I add a new input method(Turkish f) it works but unfortunately Turkish f is not useful for me. Img = I add turkish f keyboard

Img = It works with this input method

How can I switch back to my previous turkish q keyboard?
