How to stop press F7 when I press left arrow in mac keyboard

When I press left arrow, it press F7, how can I stop this?

I want left arrow should move cursor to one character left and right arrow should move cursor to one character right.

But instead of moving cursor it is doing the same functionality as F7 and F8.
