How to get to the addons in Firefox via keyboard only?

I'm trying to find a keyboard-only way to get to the Addons on my Firefox's toolbar.

Tab-ing doesn't take me to it.

Is there a way to get to the addons via keyboard only?

Also, is there an addon that might convert all the other addons into simple menu items? Which would've been awesome to begin with. Why don't addons have their menu items in the actual Tools menu or something.
