Brother Printer Jams

My Brother MFC-J870DW printer keeps jamming (there screen says front rear jam).

I have followed the instructions and cleared the paper several time.

I also followed a YouTube video on how to clean the contact strip.

I load the paper correctly try to copy. I can hear that the paper is being pulled, then it jams.

I have repeated these steps several times, but it still jams.

Can anyone help me solve this?
