Communicating with a WiFi router from terminal

خرید بک لینک

I bought a WiFi router that uses SIM card while in another country. This router uses html interface that can be accessed from a browser. That way you are able to communicate with the router and connect to the Inteet. When I came back to my home country the html interface cannot provide me with selections that are available locally here. I need to be able to communicate with it from terminal so that I can provide it with SSID commands, see the response message and act accordingly. How can I do this in Ubuntu?
