Can I mass replicate hard drives using a disk image on a server as a source?

I work for a facility that mass replicates hard drives. We use hard drive replicators such as these. We're looking to streamline our workflow. We have nearly 1000 different master hard drives that we replicate from and this is difficult and time consuming to manage. Rather than replicating from master hard drives we want to keep all our masters as disk images on a server and replicate from a chosen image. So, effectively, I want to run an E-Sata cable from the server to the hard drive replicator's master hard drive port and get the server to "present" a disk image to it as if it's a hard drive. Then we can replicate from it. Is there a way?
