Caot start (code 10) error with HIDClass device

I am getting "Caot start device (Code 10)" error while installing the device driver for a HID device with uses PIC 18F4550 microcontroller. However I am getting the Vendor and Product IDs properly.

This problem is seems to be occurring with HP laptops with Windows 10 OS.
