How to open .rar file in fedora 23

I am using fedora 23 64 bit. I have downloaded some .rar. After googling i have found solutions that by "unrar" it can be opened. But i am unable to install "unrar". I have tried the following steps after googling to install but failed.

1.Procedure One:

For free-release:

su -c 'yum localinstall --nogpgcheck http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/rpmfusion-free-release-$(rpm -E %fedora).noarch.rpm'

For nonfree-release:

su -c 'yum localinstall --nogpgcheck http://download1.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/rpmfusion-nonfree-release-$(rpm -E %fedora).noarch.rpm'

To install unrar

Run the following command in terminal and type the password for the user, when prompted.

sudo yum install unrar

2. Procedure tow:

# wget http://pkgs.repoforge.org/rpmforge-release/rpmforge-release-0.5.2-2.el6.rf.x86_64.rpm
# rpm -Uvh rpmforge-release-0.5.2-2.el6.rf.x86_64.rpm

yum install unrar

Other most of the suggestion is just type "yum install unrar" but nothing working. My system is up to date.

How can i able to open .rar file in fedora?
