Synology DS115J NAS Slow Speed from NAS TO PC

Has stated in the title I have a DS115J Synology NAS. Copying files from PC to NAS I get 11MB/s (wich is pretty much the max on network of 100mbps if I'm correct). But when I copy files from the NAS to PC I get like 1MB/S.

I tried direct coection from my NAS to my PC and I get the 11MB/s in the both situations, so maybe the problem is on the router, but the router is NEW and it is a TP-LINK TD-W8960N so I think it's fine.

I'm pretty sure I need some help.
