I own an extremely old desktop PC, currently ruing Windows 7, and I've noticed that it's been ruing significantly slower recently.
I would like to know if upgrading to Windows 10 could bring any speed advantages or if my PC is too old and outdated to handle this more mode Operating System.
Here are my PC's current specs (well, what I get from ruing systeminfo.exe):

Would accepting Microsoft's offer of upgrading to Windows 10 be wise?
(An answer explaining other advantages/disadvantages of upgrading could also be helpful)
