Change CPU reported name on Virtualbox or Vmware Guest OS

I want to find a way to change the name of the cpu on the Guest OS of a virtual machine (either virtualbox or vmware). For example, while my real pc has an intel i5-5200u I want the virtual machine report an other brand or even other manufacturer (like an AMD A6-6310 APU).
