VirtualBox Vboxmanager not seeing VMs.

I need to enable symlinks in my virtualbox shared file called sf_VMShare following this tutorial.

When I run the command:

 VBoxManage setextradata YOURVMNAME VBoxInteal2/SharedFoldersEnableSymlinksCreate/YOURSHAREFOLDERNAME 1

I get the following error:

So reading the error I figure ok I am mistyping the VM name so I make sure to add the extra space after the end and I still get the same error.

I am in the symlink group and am ruing the command as an administrator. Im out of ideas thanks all!
