Applescript to get link from a button on a Safari web page and copy it to the clipboard

I'm struggling to make an Applescript that gets the URL of a specific button on Safari and then copies it to the clipboard.

This is the source code:

I want to extract the variable number (in the example above "319756"), attach it to the fixed part "https://www.tecconcursos.com.br/conteudo/questoes/" and copy to the clipboard the resulting URL "https://www.tecconcursos.com.br/conteudo/questoes/319756" .
