shared folder is not accessible in windows 7 operating system

I am trying to map a shared folder through a different computer which is being shared with our team. All members are able to access the shared folder but only one user is facing the issue. As in shared folder, every permissions has been given to that user still the user is not able to access the folder.

I cant allow to everyone as the information is only for one team.
