Sound issue wit tactic 3D rage headphone usb port/wire

I bought a new pair of headphones the other day (Tactic 3D rage, USB coected ones) and when i plug them in my computers installs neccesary files (only did ti the first time!), but when i try to run anything making sound, no sound is produced through the headphones except when i change the sound using the dial on the headphones, witch gives a loud beep through my headphones. using the double male audio jack works perfectly fine, but doesnt give any benefits than regular headphones do. i have tried downloading the reccomended software on there site, and have tried ruing any form of sound. when i plug my audio jack in at the same time as the USB it gives a fuzz sound when i play any sound. pls help, i cant find anything online at all :/

PS using windows 10, and they worked the very first time i plugged them in, but not after that
