Windows 10 and Filezilla upload issue

Hello for some reason the pictures in my files will not show on my site that has been uploaded through Filezilla. I was wondering if it has anything to do with the settings in Windows 10? I uploaded a site via Filezilla before with no problem. However, for some reason this time the images on my site will not show. I have upload cleared my cache, re-uploaded. I have consulted Bluehost and asked them to check the server, permissions, the location of the file etc I have checked my code and viewed it via brackets in my browser, made sure my Port is open for Port 21. Checked the file extensions and I still can't see anything on two of my pages except for the css. In Bluehost, when I select view HTML the code is fine but when I go to my URL and it looks as if the links and or the pictures are not linked and therefore I get no pictures(the actual pages do not seem to update after being edited). What's going on here? Please try to provide an answer as soon as possible. I really need for this site to be back up with all of it's pages as soon as I can. I have been stuck on this all week. I am trying to be patient with this one but it's driving me a little crazy and taking up way too much time.
