Site Not Accessible via WiFi but is via Ethernet

We use a web conferencing service called Adobe Coect. When I login to a room using Etheet, I have no issues. When I login via WiFi, I'm able to coect for about a minute, then I'm discoected. The program (Adobe Coect) then recoects, lasts about a minute, then discoects again. The Networking team indicates that the settings in our environment are the same. Any advice would be appreciated!
