I accidentally broke my 1tb drive during a dd iso image to a usb thumb drive

Which method suits most useful for this kind of situation. It took me 8-10seconds until i realized i was doing dd on the /dev/sdb instead of sdc and i guess that means 100-150mb of new stuff is written and partition table was probably screwed up.

How can i recover from this?
