Computer shuts down same time each day

My computer shuts down at the same time each moing. Computer is left on 24/7. I have gone into the control panel and verified that the power setting is set to never shut off. Is there another location I should be setting to never shut off? I do not believe this an overheat issue with the power supply because it is at 6:30 every day.
