Dell Latitude XT2 + Windows 10

I bought a second hand XT2 and was told it would be fine to upgrade to Windows 10, so I did. I've since leaed that Dell won't be releasing drivers for that model that will work with the OS.

The laptop was been malfunctioning a bit; it selects an area of the screen, almost as if the touch screen has been used, even though I'm not touching the screen.

Short of replacing the OS I'm wondering if there are many options for this model combined with this OS?
