How to change mac address of 3G/4G mobile broadband device?

Therefore, your Q is extremely model specific. You're not even tellign us whether you refer to a built-in cellular modem, a USB dongle, or a cellular router. 	MAC Address is just a record written in windows registry. Programs like technitium tmac can change this record, Technitium tmac handle good etheet and wi-fi adapters, but it does nothing to inteal laptop 3g mobile broadband. – Oleg Ivanov 2 mins ago
